Hablar de Inteligencia Artificial (IA) y procesos de aprendizaje automatico es casi un sinonimo de hablar sobre Python y sus librer\u00edas para esta materia; <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Python es el lenguaje m\u00e1s usado hoy en d\u00eda en proyectos de inteligencia artificial, sobre todo en el campo del ‘machine learning’, esto gracias a su gran popularidad como lenguaje de programaci\u00f3n generalista (y tambi\u00e9n en campos relacionados, como el an\u00e1lisis de datos) que todas las grandes bibliotecas de IA<\/strong> (Keras, TensorFlow, SciPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, etc) est\u00e9n dise\u00f1adas para trabajar con Python<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Python es un lenguaje de alto nivel de programaci\u00f3n interpretado cuya filosof\u00eda hace hincapi\u00e9 en la legibilidad de su c\u00f3digo, se utiliza para desarrollar aplicaciones de todo tipo<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Sin embargo, la inteligencia artificial es mucho m\u00e1s antigua que Python<\/strong>, y hubo otros lenguajes que destacaron en este campo d\u00e9cadas antes.. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A continuaci\u00f3n revisaremos un poco sobre los mismos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

LISP:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

LISP es el m\u00e1s antiguo de los lenguajes de programaci\u00f3n dedicados a la inteligencia artificial entre aquellos que a\u00fan siguen en uso; y tambi\u00e9n es el segundo lenguaje de programaci\u00f3n de alto nivel de la historia; creado en 1958<\/strong> por John McCarthy,<\/strong> quien dos a\u00f1os antes ya era responsable de acu\u00f1ar el t\u00e9rmino ‘inteligencia artificial’<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

McCarthy hab\u00eda desarrollado poco antes un lenguaje denominado FLPL (FORTRAN List Processing Language) una extensi\u00f3n de FORTRAN, y decidi\u00f3 recopilar en un mismo lenguaje la naturaleza de alto nivel de FLPL, todas las novedades aportadas por IPL, y el sistema formal conocido como c\u00e1lculo lambda<\/a>. El resultado s<\/strong>e bautiz\u00f3 como LISP (de ‘LISt Processor’)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PROLOG<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

El lenguaje PROLOG<\/strong> (del franc\u00e9s ‘programmation en logique<\/em>‘, creado en 1972<\/strong>) por el profesor de ingenier\u00eda inform\u00e1tica franc\u00e9s Alain Colmeraurer; esto con el objetivo de introducir en el desarrollo de software el uso de las cl\u00e1usulas de Horn<\/a>, una f\u00f3rmula de la l\u00f3gica proposicional. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aunque globalmente nunca lleg\u00f3 a ser tan usado como LISP, s\u00ed se convirti\u00f3 en el principal lenguaje de desarrollo de IA en su continente de origen (as\u00ed como en Jap\u00f3n)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La facilidad que PROLOG proporciona a la hora de gestionar m\u00e9todos recursivos y las coincidencias de patrones provocaron que IBM apostara por implementar PROLOG en su IBM Watson para tareas de procesamiento de lenguaje natural<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

IPL<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

El Information Processing Language<\/em> (IPL)<\/strong> es un lenguaje de bajo nivel (casi tanto como el ensamblador) creado en 1956 con el fin de demostrar que los teoremas expresador en el ‘Principia Mathematica<\/a>‘ por los matem\u00e1ticos y fil\u00f3sofos Bertrand Russell y Alfred North Whitehead pod\u00edan ser probados recurriendo a la computaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
